That is not true.
The first case of WuTang came off a plane from China and they spread it at all the hotels, restaurants and amusement parks they went to. Also Chinese businessmen brought it in off a plane for conferences and meetings. Countless Americans who attended these international conferences were infected and it spread all over without being able to trace because far too many people had little to no symptoms at all.
