Sad, but how hard is it to read a weather forecast? The high winds were warned long enough in advance to take down those canopies and put away equipment left outdoors. A local gym here had exercise equipment ruined and outdoor heaters used by restaurants, which could have been moved inside, were left out to be damaged. The next storm with winds is due tomorrow night, so after 6pm or so, everything they don't want to be ruined should be moved to safety.
Obama used to do that. Or just never take questions from them if they were allowed in.
