Any loss of life or property that occurs after a corrupt DA releases a rioter or arsonist will be entirely the fault of the DA. So maybe the insurance companies can start suing those DAs once all their damage claims start to pile up. These insurance companies are already dealing with flood, hurricane/derecho property losses and they don't need to have more insurance claims as the result of a guilty DA.
I noticed on one of the post-fire flyover videos that all the fires looked to be started right at the highway.
