We've never had this much smoke up in the sky in the 40 years I've lived here. It's staying up in the upper atmosphere, however, so it's not making a mess on the ground with ash fallout like a local fire. Most of our smoke is coming from far up north. It's weird, I'll tell ya. It's weird. But the one good thing from it is that it's blocking out the sun and keeping temperatures cooler for what would have been a heat wave. Fire is one of nature's cleansing processes, so try to think positive.
