Great observation about voter turnout vs population I also noticed that NY is stuck at 84% of "expected votes in".

NY, outside of NYC, is a overwhelmingly red. Oddly enough, Trump increased his NY votes over 2016, while biden underperformed Hilary and Obama by 900,000 and 800,000 respectively. If anything NY is the perfect case study showing that it's improbable that biden over performed Hilary and Obama in other states
