I’ve been thinking about building an AR but don’t know where to start. Any good resources as far as How to Guides, kits, best places to get parts, etc...?

Take that as you will. Who knows what that means for us as a country, but it’s true. We don’t live in a democracy where elected officials work in their constituents best interests and the rule of law is, at best, capricious and arbitrary. Once we as a society accept that it will be a mess, but the longer we go on denying it things will only get worse

Yesterday the left, the media, and the establishment was on its collective heels, clutching its collective pearls. They never expected anything like that from the normally docile Right. Today they’re forming plans for what to do to anyone slightly to the right of Mitt Romney in a few months. I don’t know what the answer is. I don’t know what the next move should be. Taking over FB and Twitter HQs? state capitols? Armed (peaceful until provoked) protests? Idk. But I do know that recoiling back and giving up the momentum that was begun yesterday is certainly not the right move, and that if this really is a battle for liberty and the collective fate of the nation then it’s going to require kineticism
