Without this group in America they would have no way to infiltrate and enact their subversion. Yes some are here on Visas and what not but many are back in China making deals with certain "Americans" to get what they want. This group of so-called "Americans" are usually the ones who relay the orders/requests to politicians/corporations/organizations/etc for the Chinese officials.
