Because the people who wrote the constitution were too concerned about making it sound good and were not precise enough in their language. They didn't realize what lawyers in the future, and a political party that hates the constitution, could read into it.
They would never get legislation to pack the supreme court through the senate. Manchin and a few others have said they will NOT vote to remove the filibuster, so I'd highly doubt they would vote for something like court packing. In the polls I saw, court packing was wildly unpopular and even if they did, the republicans would filibuster it.
What I was thinking though, was that in the case of fraud, people who voted republican in those areas could all sign a petition and if out of say 100,000 votes, if you have 35k that say they all voted republican, then it would prove the fraud if the tally showed like 90% D votes.
But if the laws are things like voter ID, a poll watcher from each party at each counting station, getting rid of mail in voting, etc, it will be harder for them to cheat and we only need a moderately fair election to win.
What we need is our own organization. Get our shit together like antifa did. Call it antifag or antisoc(ialist) or Partiots.org or whatever the fuck we want, but get organized, get state and county chapters, one central leadership theme, one website where we go and get a common goal.
Imagine if when Walmart fagged out and quit selling certain guns and ammo, if every damn walmart had protesters from antisosh out front every day, how quickly they would have changed their policy.
The fags on the left make all the noise, and we all know that the squeaky wheel gets the grease. It's time for us to get organized, start making noise, and make the cock suckers in Washington understand that there's a group of pissed off, armed patriots, that they need to contend with. And make corporate America aware of the same thing.
Same exact shit. Republican takes the lead and starts pulling away with steady vote reports and then the huge dump of dem ballots comes in late like an avalanche. Why is it that the dem precincts always count so slow? Oh, that’s right, because they need to see what their number needs to be before they can fabricate it.
Until we get organized, the left will continue to own us. I'm fucking tired of it. Everyone who is serious about change needs to band together, form a single organization, like antifa did on the left, and start getting on the same page. I don't care if it's the proud boys, TDWarriors or whatever you want to call it but we need to be forming chapters, getting everyone on the same page to organize protests, and start making some fucking noise.
Look at how cucked corporate America became when the left started to pressure them. When walmart stopped selling certain guns and ammo, how long would that have lasted if there had been a vocal conservative group organizing picketing and protests in front of every walmart?
When the gun grabbing legislation starts in DC, we will need to be able to organize a serious march, with guns, in violation of DC's unconstitutional ban, involving more pedes than they could hope to stop, just to make the point that our 2nd amendment exists for a reason, and we know what that reason is.
If we can't get organized, we will continue to lose the fight and I'm not used to losing.
Even if none of those jobs came here, it would still be a good thing. I'd rather see them go to Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, or anywhere else. China is the number one threat we face for the next century. Their economy taking a step back will stop their massive military buildup. If you think the democratic countries in the Western Pacific staying free and out of China's sphere of influence is a good thing, then anything that hurts China is a good thing.
Never work. There are already thousands of pedes here upvoting on new and reporting trolls. They might get 15-20 losers with no job to do this for a bit until they get bored of it. Won't have any noticeable effect IMO.
Don’t let “perfect” be the enemy of “good”. In the case of the Black community, anyone who is working to expose how badly the Democrats have screwed that group, forever, is good enough for now.
