Imho the federal land idea is bs, once the map is carve and the legislature approves statehood how the f does the fed then declare all this land is our giving NV and AZ jurisdiction of only 30% of their land?

I can see the reservation as an arguement due to treaties but everything else seems like an executive over reach.

Letter do not need to be written The constitution is clear any unconstitutional action by the fed is nul and void The states can ignore it and they don't even have to go to federal court for it as it legitimize a power the fed does not have.

You want to avoid that then get involved in the local and state level that how you can flush the corrupt bad actors. City clerks abd government employees can be arrested if your community discover enough misdeeds. My community did the same and got the mayor and the head of the local democrat party arrested and sentence to jail for misallocation of city funds and election fraud

There ignorance and greed didn't help but the vast majority own ignorance and inaction allowed it to fester. The constitution has been ignored for awhile, we should educate ourselves and start using it.

For example the Paris Climate accord is clearly unconstitutional, the executive branch can not establish any treaty without first being order to by the legislature and furthermore sign it without a 2/3 vote.

Another example the President is the Commander-in-Chief only after a declaration of war is declared. No declaration has been declared since ww2, so calling the president thr Commander-in-Chief currently is unconstitutional

Another example energy and education does not fall under the federal powers, the constitution clearly says anything no clearly stated in the constitution to the fed falls to the people or the state.

So what causing the federal abuse? Our ignorance and our local and state offical ignorance.
