I think they're using each other cos they have the same enemy the United States right now. In China, CCP has never lowered down the effort of pushing nationalism, patriotism especially after Xi came to power. That is obviously not something the globalists are happy to see.
I don't know who would win between these 2 sides. If Biden gets in and everything goes smoothly for him, that might be when these 2 turn against each other. The media might start making China the new Russia. Those "old friends" that the Chinese professor was bragging about in that video I think in fact might not be their friends after all.
