- Not all slave owners lived in the South.
- Southerners were not convinced to fight a war, Northerners were. Southerners fought for survival.
- The war wasn't really about keeping or getting rid of slaves. Even after the war had started, Lincoln would've let the South keep slaves if they would've returned to the union. Freeing the slaves was the way the north popularized their cause.
I really appreciate that was a conversation not an argument. And it doesn't seem like we totally disagree. At the end of the day, I want to help people and our country improve. I think we can come together on that.

Leftist use reverse racism and other ridiculous terms. There is a major divide in America. Freedom vs Socialism. God vs satan.This isn't a white people vs black people thing. This is a cultural issue.
Leftist have been trying to remove God from everything, hence why democrats tend to be fine with lying and cheating. They destroyed the black culture a long time ago.
There is no mask on the MAGA movement. I'd be lying to you if I said everything is fine in the black community (or America). And you'd be lying to yourself if you think everything is fine. The urban black culture is the worst in the country, it is a drag on society and anyone living in it needs to get out of that culture.
There's a reason young black men commit so many of the nations crimes. There's a reason that black people have a higher unemployment rate than any other group. There's a reason that black on black crime is out of control and at 3rd world levels. There's a reason black people hardly stay married, if they get married at all. There's a reason black people don't know who their fathers are. There's a reason black people are poor and living in terrible conditions.
Black people are most well know for playing the poor, weak, victim card. Ironically the victim card is what is keeping them controlled and keeping them poor, weak and victimized. Which is why I don't think we should trust people living in that culture. People that think they have nothing to lose will do anything they think will benefit them.
That goes for white people too. However the divide is easier to see among white people. Mostly because of 2 reasons.
- They're more spread out making them harder to turn into a single group.
- There's more of them so it would be hard to make them the victims.
To move forward as a single healthy American culture we need a massive change in our country. We're in a spiral right now and it doesn't look good. Trump was a tiny step in the right direction, but we have a very long way to go.
Right now tension is at a high and it will probably die down a bit over this year. BLM has played their part, now they'll be ignored.
Hopefully this has been a productive conversation. I'll do better with choosing my words. But I hope I've pointed out somethings for you to consider as well.
Maybe it was intentional to put black people at the forefront, but they still chose to play the part.
I don't blame you or any other black/white/asian person I might meet. I treat every one as an individual. But from my experience I've seen more black people ready to take advantage, while at the same time claiming to be the victim. It stems from a lack of stable families and morals. Which came about by democrats turning the government into the black family father figure.
This is a tragedy of our time. And like I said before white people are not far behind.
But don't be disheartened by anything you might read here. Even if it sounds bad at first, most people here would like to see everyone succeed and become better. After all the whole movement is called: Make America Great Again.
Also one thing that really irks me; there is no such thing as "reverse racism", there is only racism. It doesn't matter what color you are it is still the same thing. Anyway, I'm going to hit the hay. I hope you keep standing up for America and freedom.

Financed by white people, yes, well maybe. More than likely it was almost white people that paid for it. And we watched as black people that were likely paid off committed the crime. Not to mention the nonsense of BLM over last summer. How about that gold coffin for Fentanyl Floyd? People are sick and tired of black people being stupid, getting killed and being praised by the media for it. There should be no shock if people have anger toward the black community.
The ultimate goal is to have trustworthy people counting the ballots and a method of casting ballots that cannot be manipulated. However because people everywhere are morally bankrupt, the only option is to have every action taken easily able to be watched. Preferably live online by everyone. Essentially there is no good option.
I hope you've read everything I had to say before writing this comment. To be clear, I don't think black people are in any way inferior. I believe we are all made in the image of God and we are all of the same value.
But like DrCowboyPresident said, urban black culture is terrible. Urban culture is in general not great, but because of the privileged status blacks have been given by the democrats, they have been turned into welfare kings and morality has been totally destroyed the black community.
There are people of every color that have adopted the black urban culture and they are just as bad.
This is why we need a great revival in America. We'll never return to our values without God.
Yes, I agree. I live in the country, well it's becoming more city like everyday. The people that have lived here forever, before the newcomers, are always very kind and generous, no matter what color they are. It's definitely a cultural thing.

Leftists have stripped away morals from the American black culture (whites are not far behind) and made them dependent on the Government. Without morals, lying, cheating, stealing, killing and any other terrible act is completely acceptable.
Preferably no young people also, for the same reason.
