I agree! When I get business cards and they list preferred pronouns, even if it matches the biological sex, I toss it in the garbage. I don’t need to deal with the fear of offending someone over a pronoun I’ll never use in front of them.

They didn’t vote because they are registered in another state.
Or Home Healthcare and if it’s 5 minutes between patients it may take that long to remove it and put it back on. When it first started I know people that were threatened of being let go if the wanted to wear a mask and now this is what they have to wear.
I’ve had coworkers that had WuFlu, tested positive, had X-rays to confirm lung damage, and I had contact with them but in a limited capacity. We were told if we wanted to go get the test we could. I already heard that the tests weren’t very accurate, so I went home to flip a coin. Heads- I was probably positive and monitored myself by cooking to see if my sense of taste or smell was effected. Tails- I was probably negative but should monitor my sense of taste and smell by making dinner. I never did flip the coin because the burgers were delicious.
Or at the local grocery store during early voting. Which is why this ballot mailing confuses me. With over 2 weeks of time to vote and multiple places including malls, casinos, grocery stores and the trailers, Las Vegas was convenient to vote. Only once did I have to wait in a line of more than 3 people. So they limited it to about 5 places around Las Vegas and said there are huge lines and because of WuFlu we have to mail the ballots.
Recently a friend’s mother was hospitalized with Covid, she was hesitant about taking the plasma (HIV, hepatitis) or Remdisavir. Turns out in order to get the Plasma you have to enroll in the Remdisavir study. After her first infusion of plasma she improved a lot. She still had to take the Remdisavir. A coworker’s brother got the Remdisavir first and wasn’t showing improvement and then got two doses of the plasma and was discharged 2 days later. The study will show how well it works when it gets published.
If she had used this as her defense I would have believed her.
