Technically speaking, we do not even need the Supreme Court to rule in our favor. They could strike all of our cases down and Trump will still win. We're going through this process mainly for the sake of being civil. Not only that but it is a great red pill for the masses; proving that there is mass voter fraud, that is. Now, do we want the Supreme Court to dismiss our cases? Of course not - but I'm telling you this so that you understand that it wouldn't be over at that point, either.
On the off chance that the Supreme Court doesnt rule in our favor we do have an ace up our sleeve. Or, more specifically, Trump has an ace up his sleeve. It's not any fake ass tick tock bullshit either. He could take executive action right now and skip all of this bullshit -- he simply wants to show the American people the truth. It will be critical that he does show the vast majority the truth either way (even though I believe the vast majority already does understand the corruption of the media and other leftists in general) because he has the ability to, quite literally, wipe the media slate clean. Not only that but I can almost gaurentee he will be sure that massive punishment is taken out against all foreign entities involved in this fraudulent election.

People get called doomers around here because, while they may be earnestly worried, are either very unaware of what the president has said and how he intends for his cases to reach the Supreme Court (newsflash for those that don't know - cases MUST be dismissed in order to be appealed to a higher court.) or, even worse, they are trying to purposefully lower the overall morale of our community. The first reason being that, with the recent reassigning of circuit court judges presiding over all of the needed 'Swing States', we are looking at a very strong chance of winning these cases in the Circuit Courts. On the off chance we don't win a Circuit Court case? It goes to the Supreme Court and they will rule in our favor but... even if they don't it doesn't matter too much. Or even at all, really. We're going through the courts for the sake of being civil -- and no, the ace I'm talking about is not storming DC with guns and hanging these traitorous pieces of shit. If the Supreme Court were to dismiss a case that would indicate things not going to plan.
Notice I say the Supreme Court. I'm not talking about the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania or any other state court. The state courts don't matter and our cases there have to be dismissed in order for us to take said dismissed case to the next level of courts. In PA's case it will now go to the Circuit Court headed by Justice Alito - where it will more than likely pass. So in PA's case we won't even need it to get to the Supreme Court before that state flips for Trump.

His executive order has been in effect for the past year at this point (when taking into account the 45 day time periods dictated in the EO starting from before the 2018 Midterm Election) He can execute executive action at anytime and declare a national emergency over this fraud.
I believe if things get to the point of no return - that is what will happen.
