Far as I'm concerned, their strategy is to punt on Congress in 2020 and focus solely on the White House. They can do their congressional fraud in 2022 (after Biden conveniently dies or resigns) and set themselves up for 10 years of Harris + House + Senate + possible SCOTUS replacements for Breyer and Thomas.

Not saying it'll work, but I think that's their strategy.

Trump is currently up 300k in GA with 80% reporting and 650k in PA with 61% reporting. The lead in PA has exploded over the last hour. I don't think even fraud can flip those numbers.
