When people counter and say "not everyone gets tested" -- remind them that there are a ton of false-positive as well, so it's roughly equal. Also if this was such a bad disease, Africa and other third world countries with poor resources would have immensely high death rates. They don't.
devils advocate, this could just be at like 3 am and most patients are sleeping and the lights in their rooms are off. But having worked in a hospital myself for many night shifts, at least a handful should still be on (unless those are offices). The waiting room is rarely empty like that at night also, especially in the dead of winter.
I think what Trump has done with China will be the best long-term solution for our economy. Tax the hell out of them and force them to make good quality products that cannot be created by utilizing slave labor. None of this garbage they normally give us. I hate China, but in an ideal world that is not too far away if we make the right decisions, we can have a good trade relationship with them that doesn't exploit labor and provides benefits to both economies. In the process, Communism would be rooted out of China, because inherently you cannot have a communist government that participates in free-market trading.
This is especially relevant because people like to see their leaders celebrate. There would be no reason for trump haters to watch his Christmas speech. So it’s most likely entirely trump supporters. Likewise with Biden, I have 0 interesting in hearing him, the “palmist”
He is the good cop to trumps bad cop. He is not the most vocal VP but he is a solid presence and I think given the opportunity he will do the right thing. While I like Lin also, he has been saying some crazy things recently — maybe they are true but he’s gotta back these things up more
