When I was a child, I would sit and listen to the tales my grandfather would spin of his time during the Second World War. He heavily edited them, perhaps trying to reduce as much of the horrors of the conflict as he could for a child, perhaps trying to distance himself from what he'd seen.

He was an island hopper during WWII, commanding a brigade of the Army Corps of Engineers attached to the First Marine Battalion. Later in life I came to find out just how life-or-limb his exploits were when I found out he actually dressed down Chesty Puller for his treatment of the engineers and lived to tell the tale.

He was a soft spoken man, dedicated to civil service and his community through his Church, Lion's Club, and involvement in dozens of community boards including the Texas Historical Society. So this image of a battle hardened veteran seems so much at odds with the smiling, kind face that stares at me from the picture on the top of my desk.

I asked him once why he was always so hesitant to share some of his stories of the War. He told me, in that carefully measured East Texas drawl that carried the gravity of the era, that he had hoped the world had seen the last of such things. He hoped to let it pass into the history books, and that future generations would be spared such things.

He grimly acknowledged Korea, Vietnam, Gulf War, and our current wars in the Middle East as proof we weren't beyond it, but still held out hope that all-consuming conflict might spare our country. He had been raised on tales from his great grandfather of the Civil War, and wanted there to be generations for whom total war might finally be a thing of the distant past.

He left us just after Trump became President. I'm still convinced he was not sure it was safe to leave the family as long as Obama was in office.

But looking on him now, I can only sit here in frustration at what he would think of our current state of division, how close we are to the precipice.

He said that during the Great Depression, it was commonly accepted that we were likely to go into a Second Revolution. People were divided, distrustful of the government and each other. And yet, he reflected before he died, even during that period, we were not as divided as we are now, as uncivil, as openly belligerent amongst factions within our Country itself. And he lost much of his quiet demeanor when he described about the directions and destructive actions of the "Democratic" party.

I am holding out hope that Trump will save our country from what my grandfather hoped would pass forever into the past.

.....Thanks for letting me rant a bit, Pedes.

I miss him terribly, and am a bit melancholy at thinking what he would think of the State of our Country, or the trials yet to come.

Okay, somebody explain this to me like I'm five. The lawsuits seem to be about access, and observations. None of these seem to mention the fraudulent vote counts, the Dead voters, the ballots appearing in the middle of the night, the lack of validation.... You know... The TREASON.

Is this a civil versus criminal thing? Or is Trump planning something bigger? But these lawsuits seem like they're circling around the edge of the real issue.

Any Legal Pedes want to explain why we're not sharpening the headsman's axe and are just going after procedural issues?

I'll be honest... I want BLOOD, and from what I understand, we only have till Dec 12th to fight this till they are supposed to validate the count.

I MISS HUNTER 💉CRACKHEAD HUNTER💉

Seriously, I never thought I'd look back at the care free days of increasingly disturbing pictures of Hunter Biden's schlong in various immoral and illegal activities. That was so long ago.... Like TWO WEEKS. WTF?

Now I'm refreshing TD.win every 15 minutes too find out another gory detail of fraud and treason in the cluster fuck of an election we just witnessed and watching Pedes go to DefCon 2 in preparation for Civil War V2.0

But I'm no doompiller.

I'm looking forward to celebrating the Holidays, knowing Guilliani and Sidney Powell will likely be cracking Biden's balls like chestnuts on an open fire by then, seasoned with salty liberal tears. Maybe by then, we can work on getting Hunter that nice indictment he's been wanting for Christmas.

Guys, the people who delivered the fraudulent ballots have to be somewhere. They need to be found.

Several of them are likely in shallow graves by now (I wish I was joking about this.) The longer it takes to find one of them, the fewer of them they'll be to be a smoking gun.

We either need to track a sudden spike in 'accidents' and suicides in locations near by, or we need to find one of these guys and make them talk before they get put down.

I don't know who will read this that might have a way of kicking it up the chain to somebody who can take action on this, but this NEEDS TO HAPPEN.

If those autists at 4chan and these Pedes can find a flag on a webcam in the middle of nowhere, this should be easier.

What do we do for now? - Peaceful Idea thread             MAGA
posted ago by PN_OShea

Let me get this out of the way: The 2A exists (for now) for a reason, and this is part of it. I am not denying that endgame is a possibility or even a probability here. So as I sit here with at least three different things that go bang-in-the-night right next to me, I'm searching for what to do PEACEFULLY and constructively in the meantime.

Do we need a boost in fundraising for legal defense? And if so, to whom?

Is there some grassroots pressure we need to put on the court system?

Are there pressures we need to bring to bear on our Governors?

Do we need to talk to the little gremlins at 4Chan about DDoS'ing DNC illegal activity or putting their claws into somebody at the DNC in particular?

Do we need to start pushing for dirt on Harris to block her as a backup?

Do we need to look around, see what MAGA friendly Reps made it through last night, (Gaetz?) and have them start drafting Articles of Impeachment for (shudder) Biden if he manages to complete this coup?

Come on, Pedes! I can sit here cleaning off cosmoline and loading mags all day, or we can knock our collective heads together and come up with something peaceful to do in the meantime.

What are your thoughts, patriots?
