Somebody please explain how Krebs with a bachelor's degree in environmental sciences from the University of Virginia in 1999, and a Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law in 2007 would know jack shit about cyber security or any security issue for that matter. Our governments are notorious for putting over educated lawyers into positions of power, overseeing that which they know nothing about.
He actually explains all that is needed is the original scanned files. No personal data on those files and nothing that is a protected "Dominion" technology argument either. Give this guy access to the file images and he likely could generate a remote forensic audit of entire US mail in ballots by Monday morning.

While I don't doubt they cheat the vote in Chicago (it's where the dead notoriously vote) and surrounding areas, the Suburban Cook County numbers don't include the City of Chicago data (which is also Cook County). Guessing the Chicago machine didn't originally trust the burbs to cheat as well. Trump did however, win 3 of the burbs based on Sub Cook's own numbers. He won Palos, Orland and Norwood precincts.
