If Trump first uses these against the 'supporters' of his such as the ones from the capitol, would the people who would never give trump legitimacy start acting like he has authority, even a little? Would they consent to his use of it at first if its used against his own supporters? Maybe take a big name or two as well. Maybe thats why he doesn't care what stories the other side is telling. Maybe he's letting them spot the targets, so he can pick the right ones.
