A cabal of high-dollar leftist come in and buy everything for pennies on the dollar. This is just the next level of their typical real estate scams. Ordinarily in the Statehouse they would raise property taxes through the roof. The building owner will go to his alderman and request help for property tax relief. They are steered towards certain law firms that kick back to the alderman. The lawyer's appeal the property tax bill with great success, but the politicians get their break wet. Now imagine running the same scam every single year for 50 years. They also use the property tax laws to strong-arm people into selling their buildings at Great discounts. The whole thing is a private club and I sure ain't in it. Valerie Jarrett is a member of that club. Her Chicago high-rise building was bought by General Electric at a huge profit for Valerie.
