It’s wild to me, people are so fervent about things they know so little about ABROAD. But issues they face here everyday that may be more informed about, they’re like “oh yeah trans that kid”. Then support a group that would kill that kid they try and transition.

I'm fucking over it though. Groceries are too expensive, filling up my tank is too expensive, heating my home is too expensive and many AMERICANS are in a worse position than I am. And it feels like inflation isn't going to come down any time soon, much of the damage is done. And doubt many have received cost of living raises, know I haven't, even hear many companies are either freezing salaries, freezing new hires or even laying off people so I don't expect a "cost of living raise" any time soon.
I'd like to not live paycheck to paycheck and would like to have some money left over to put in my savings account after paying bills. But I guess we gotta pay extra taxes to take care of illegal immigrants and fund other countries' wars first, you know, because "democracy" or some shit.
I am counting down the days until we get to put Trump back in office. Which is 356 long days until Tuesday November 05, 2024. I pray our country is not too far gone by then to save.

Any child born anywhere is a victory, we need to ensure we vote for policies that help them grow to be good people and don't grow to resent us. But life is a precious gift.
There are many takes on this, but main point, life is a spark of the divine and should be made to flourish. We should help communities we are born into, obey laws of man, serve one another. But not trespass, burden or hate our fellow man. I can see how my original comment could be misunderstood for nit pickers, but i still believe many possess common sense. We should safeguard our family and country. And as a country our elected servants should refuse to participate in war of any kind besides defensive.
