Pops has MS, his dr (who is like world reknowned) said he should take way more than daily value of vitamin d. he told me, i should take or at least never be defficient in it because if i keep a good level of it in my system, the odds of me getting an autoimmune disease when im 50 are cut by 50%.
take your vitamin d, get outside, do not be deficient.
