I think it's more likely because people in NYC live in a very congested city and most have to use public transportation. In these situations, (which is what liberals want to force on everyone) any kind of virus is spread much more quickly and rapidly.
If this drug is a cheap cure, and it appears that it may be that, then the Wuhan Flu loses its ability to be used by the Democrats and the MSM as a way to damage the economy and the USA and Trump. No wonder, Cuomo doesn't want it used.

I LOVE this idea. I'm not in Florida but maybe if we all go to the polls with our phones and act like James O'Keefe, recording people (which is legal in public places) we can stem some of the fraud.
