I think that was a good play by the manager. He's telling the batshit crazy woman that it is company policy to call the police on shoplifters. If batshit could think beyond her BLM slogans she would realize, that as a condition of his job, (so he won't be fired) he has to follow company policy. Maybe she doesn't have to work, but most people do.

I second this. There should be no public employee unions ever! For one thing there is no one on the other side of the bargaining table. On the one side are the government employees. On the other side opposing them-- NO ONE. Because the people actually paying for their salaries, the taxpayers, have no voice in bargaining with the unions.

Look at the story Tucker Carlson did on this. Two of the unarmed were assaulting police with their vehicles. One was a man who knocked a policewoman to the ground and would then have probably killed her if she didn't shoot him. Another was in a stand off with the police from inside a house and claimed he had a gun.
