Or how deep it is. Its many government employees, from school teachers to election workers. They all depend on bigger government for their wages and job security.
They're part of the deep state and they'll do what ever they must to keep us peasants from messing it up.
Its also often females in power, they just want to do what feels best for themselves and everyone's around them. No respect for the law, no understanding of why, or how the system works. They justify a thousand little fraudulent decisions based on that emotional groupthink.
