Not all older people have that mindset. I'm older and do not believe younger people should halt their lives for people that are at risk. The statistics on suicide, domestic abuse and job loss are heartbreaking to me. I've continued to spend time with my children, family and friends unmasked and close because if I have to spend my "golden" years isolated from them it won't be worth living. I really believe high risk people have the sense to decide what's right for them if they'll just do it.
