Spice level: Carolina reaper
Please, OP, I beg of you, tell me this is a shop job and this isn't a real representation of any nations military.

If we actually cared about gender equality in those industries, men would be able to get their RN-BSN or a teaching credential for free.
In California, it actually worked the other way. Air machines used to charge you, then they passed a law that said it had to be free. What they didn't consider is private vendors own those machines. They were now being forced to give away their product for free, but still maintain the machines. Drove my father-in-law out of business
Hey, guy, you don't know everyone's situation. When I got out in 2010, there weren't many good-paying jobs waiting for me and, like some others who have commented here, my high school grades didn't give me an open ticket to the college of my choice. So, I had to start my GI Bill time at community college and use the stipend to pay much of my bills.
I really don't regret that choice. Some of my professors were department chairs from the bigger universities and brought so much expertise into the classroom. If you were one of the few students who actually cared, and I was, getting one-on-one instruction with a professor wasn't hard. After a few semesters, I had my pick of universities. I even ended up with enough GI Bill time left to cover my first year in Seminary.
I get what you're saying, but it was a necessary choice for some of us.
Just have Mark Steyn guest host for the next 25 years
Alternatively: "Man kidnaps his mentally-ill son after his mother doesn't immediately cave to the child's demands."
In real life, I think we all know the roles of the mother and father would be swapped.
Especially not a guy who voted to make sure student loan debt couldn't be discharged through bankruptcy
Ugh, that bias training is going to be brutal. I feel for the teachers who will have to sit through those PowerPoint slides and be lectured to.
I live in California and a community college in our area transitioned hard into being an "antiracist" institution last year. A lot of the same stuff. They actually did redirect resources to certain students based on race. There were Black-only counseling dates and Black-only registration days.
I'm curious, what does the text of the letter say?
Rogan O'Handley is a talentless, feckless social media guy who contributes nothing new, interesting or useful to the conversation. He clearly has no moral qualms about selling you cheap Chinese products.
Here's a disagreeable but probably true statement: Don, Jr. is largely the same. What was the last new, useful or interesting idea you actually heard from him? Dude has been going on Fox to say "LOL, SNOWFLAKES, TRIGGERED" for like five years.
I never said it on here because I didn't want to start a flame war, or maybe I was trying to be optimistic, but I have felt for a while that Wood, Powell, Bannon, and Giuliani were exploiting the moment to get their 15 minutes (or, make a desperate grasp for 15 more). They used the confusion and chaos of the moment to cash in while we kept waiting for the promised payoff that never came.
This has to be the crappiest assignment. There are more photos of Soldiers lying around and eating than doing anything, because, after all, what is there to do? They're on 24-hour guard duty shifts, probably passing the time playing dominoes and staring at their phones.
Is this just an optics play? Something the Dems can point to later and say, "Look, we had to deploy 20,000 troops to DC just to stay safe from conservative radicals?"
I don't usually jump the gun on things, but, I do suspect this propaganda report will be used as cover to come after TD.win after the Dems take power. Like so many other abuses, they'll do it under the cover of safety and security.
Think they've ever commented about China's state control over the Internet?
Some of the most cringe stuff I've ever read was posted here. No community is immune

Firstly, beautiful username.
More to the point: it probably wouldn't function as a giant melting pot. Heck, that barely works here; pedes get into shouting matches with each other about who's a real Trump ally and who's not, what's a psy-op or a LARP and what's real, and so on. It would only be worse when you get dispensationalists, amillennialists, Calvinists, Arminians, charismatics, cessationists, and, of course, all the denominations in one place.
To function properly, it might have to be divided, and sub-divided, not by theological preference but by subject. If you want to talk eschatology, you hop onto the eschatology tab, then look for posts tagged with your particular interest. Of course, there should always be one page left for general discussion.
And, of course, the site should moderate itself as strictly as we do here. Posts that don't fit the mission of being a 24/7 rally don't last long here. Nor should posts that don't fit the mission of helping build and edify Christian community survive there. It is a place for Christianity and should stay that way.
I'll lead a weekly .win Bible study if we get this. We can be our own virtual (not-so-small) small group!
You're welcome. To God be the glory.
Glory to God. It's my main reason for being here--to be salt and light in at this 24/7 high-energy rally.
Amen, thank you for sharing part of your testimony. I came to Jesus under similar circumstances--a LOT of the same themes.
It's possible. Ezekiel 21 sees God telling Israel Babylon will be a sword used against them. But, I'd say God's judgment usually is more total than this.
This is more like when Israel was being persecuted by Antiochus Epiphanes, except even we don't have it as bad as that. Will we keep the faith going despite political pressure against it, or will we succumb to the culture around us?
I know the Pharisees are some of the bad guys in the New Testament, but it's interesting to learn how they came to be and what they hoped to accomplish.
I hereby announce the formation of my new 501(c)(3), the United Crackers College Fund
