Just my non medical babble. I started on daily 1000 mg vit C, 5000IU D3, and 50mg Zinc Glucophage back in April. Shortly after there was some malarkey about too much Zinc can give you a 3rd arm and a 2nd penis. So like a good pede, i researched it. Yes, too much mineral Zinc is bad. However my dosage of the Zinc compound only contains (not exact but well within tolerance) less than 7mg of Zinc mineral content. It was just another load of somebody grabbing air time and talking out their ass. I have been very strict with my supplements and its all been good for the past 9 months. I also keep 500 doses of Cinchona Offininalis on hand.
Or we all leave stellar reviews and cause them to indirectly become supporters of the cause!!!!
