Just a thought, get into a trade, I'm an electrician, and throughout the country, a bunch of small to midsized companies got together to form the IEC (independent electrical contractors) most of these companies hire and raise based on merit, so no union bs, and they're relatively smallish, so most don't have the social justice bullshit.
