It’s not simple and it’s extremely costly considering birth parents can come back and claim their children. There’s nothing like investing love and energy into your child and then having the “real” parents come back for them years later. You lose your money in court fighting, the child you’ve loved dearly, and your faith that the system is just or fair. Trust me on this one. Foreign adoptions are a sure thing for those of us who have experienced the American adoption process.
You obviously know nothing about adoption. Go contrast the pros and cons of American vs foreign adoption and I guarantee you’ll choose foreign once you consider all of the factors.
