I assume cages in a larger room is technically better. In these boxes, the children are isolated, not visible and likely not within hearing distance of multiple border and police officers. If any child has a medical complication or god forbid gets sexually abused or murdered by other children or officers, who is there to see or hear it happening and prevent it from occurring and ensurw it is reported?
