One thing that has always stuck out to me is that after Epstein supposedly died, they took him out on a stretcher, uncovered...outside. They obviously wanted him to be seen. That photo is the only "proof" we have of his death.

Hypothetically, if they had already faked his death, why not just have him lay on the stretcher and close his eyes while they carried him out? There's no need for a body double, just pretend you're asleep. Maybe someone will just happen to get a photo.
