Er, 40+% of the country is going to believe that Biden "stole" the election if you appear impartial and then rule in Biden's favor. And the country falls apart in that scenario too. Which is worse? I'd argue if the country is going to fall apart either way, fuck the Left. We can prove our case after the fact... because we are on the side of right.
