His liver wont metabolize things propperly if he was drinking the night before surgery. Hopefully he hydrates and pees a lot before going under or it wont be the cancer removal it could just be the anesthetics that get him 6 foot under. but.. maybe hes very well arware of this.. i would strongly urge you to put off everything and go in with him.
