The blinds aren't shopped, the angle of the reflection is showing you the top of the window. Where the blinds go when you retract them.
That being said, this is a poorly done shop. There's a number of easy ways to see it, like the line in the middle of the desk disappearing, if you follow the reflection of the crown molding you see it, also there's a very crisp line running along the bottom of it that's easy to see when you look.
This is clearly there to make the majority of people who just glance at it move on but doesn't hold to any scrutiny.
Honestly the shape of the building itself isn't half bad. A bit less edgy design (Fucking literally) would be nice, the semi transparent tower with the stair case, could have been a awesome retro-future aesthetic or something equally pleasing. But why, in the love of fuck, is everything covered in rusting chicken-wire? Fucking shit orange brown for the entire facade? Colors stopped existing? Would take little to make that building look nice as fuck, but I'm sure that's racist or something.
I believe that was actually 1/1/1800 not 1900. Which would make more sense as when the DV protection laws were written there likely were people from the early 20th still alive. Seems more likely that was the default for the software when you don't enter anything.
because it makes no sense that a bunch of DV protected individuals would have heir votes all counted together at the same time.
Add a hookah pipe and him talking to Alice and this will be perfect
