Don't eat junk. Cooking healthy foods in reasonable portions is cheaper than most junk food. If you disagree, you either 1.don't know how to cook 2. Don't know how to shop 3. Eat too much
Get exercise. Literally just move. Feeling too tired to exercise? That's because you're weak from not exercising. You'll find you have more energy after exercising for a few weeks. Don't have the time? You're lying. You do have the time. You just prefer activities that damage your health to activities that don't. You say you work too much? Well, if you're working 14 hour days 7 days a week, maybe you don't have time but you gotta be rich. If you're not, you need to rethink everything about everything you're doing.
Drink enough water. That means cut out other shit to drink up to a gallon of water a day. Shit water quality so you have to buy bottles? Save money, buy a berkey, and save money over the next few years by having super cheap or free pure water. Next to nobody drinks enough water, they say they do but they don't. Gatorade and sugary drinks aren't hydration, their liquid diabeetus
Finally, GO OUTSIDE. Vitamin D and fresh air are fucking crucial! Supplements are great but they're not replacements, they're SUPPLEMENTAL. I'm Vitamin D deficient and have been supplementing for years but that never comes close to getting a lot of time outside during the day.
Healthcare is free and if you actually do it, you'll need less medical care. I've known diabetics who have cured or minimize their diabetes to almost nothing. I've known people with heart, lung, and vascular issues that were cured or hugely minimized by following all or most of these.
What we need is not democrats first. What we need 2nd, to get out ALL CAREER POLITICIANS.

Pede's to realize that president isn't dictator. President isn't state/local government. Trump can't fix most of our problems because we allow these problems at home, with no action besides circle jerking on social media.
Expecting the president to be "the fix" it our problems is no different than saying you don't need a gun because you can call the police. It is the same exact logic.
You get a gun for self defense, to be proactive. You call the police when you can but you know they can't do it all for you.

My grandma, RIP, was about his age. She scheduled a doctor appointment because she was feeling ill. Turned out to be a major heart attack and had to get a quadruple bypass. About 10 years later similar situation, it ended up being stage 4 cancer that had spread to nearly everything.

There has gotta be a point where we can't live with the damage they do anymore. A few generations ago and we'd have drug them out and strung them up. A few examples and they'll get back to reporting instead of editorializing, which radicalizes folks into doing damage
