There are two options: that he is in on the LARP and actively working against us, or that he is so sheltered that he had no knowledge of Q. Technically speaking the legitimate Chinese government fled to Taiwan in 1949, which is why their official name is still the Republic of China. Communist China is the breakaway state, not the other way around.
