Go read Article II, Section 1, paragraph 2 of the Constitution. Neither the governor nor the courts have the ability to determine how electors are chosen.
As a registered voter in Arizona, if our election cannot be certified with confidence and certainty, and we cannot determine who won the State's 11 Electoral College votes, then our electors' votes should not be accepted.
