Like, for example, I know someone who has a car that was tuned to run a little richer than the factory setup for performance reasons. The O2 sensors would normally detect that and set off the check engine light, however, the warning is turned off and the on-board computer still reports everything as normal. They're still used by the computer to monitor the air/fuel mixture, they'll never set off the check engine light, and when the county plugs in their emissions equipment, the computer reports everything as functional. Cost this person $100 for the tuner to do this on his laptop plus about an hour worth of time on a local shop's dyno.

AZ has reported like 3200 ballots today if I remember my numbers from last night... Nothing of subtance so far (although those did break for Trump over 2:1)
Each state has a number of electoral votes equal to their number of Senators plus Representatives and the District of Columbia has 3. (Every state has 2 Senators and each state has a number of Representatives dependent on its population, which is why California has 53 Representatives and Wyoming has 1.)
States individually determine how their electoral votes will be decided. 48 states currently have a winner take all popular vote election. Nebraska and Maine assign some votes to the state popular vote and some to congressional district winners.
Once the Electors are chosen in the election, they go to the Electoral College where they directly cast their votes for a President/Vice President ticket (they used to vote on them individually and could actually choose the VP candidate for President!)
In the case that the Electoral College cannot decide, we go to a contingent election where the House of Representatives elects the President with one vote per state and the Senate elects the Vice President with one vote per state.

Nevada seems to be a bit of a toss up. Trump is performing where he needs to, but more ballots to be counted could swing it either way.
AZ is a likely flip for us if numbers being widely reported are accurate.
