I know he didn't incite violence. The incitement was due to the "potential" fraud and the reluctance to conduct transparent audits by officials (we still haven't seen the ballots or machine examinations...). That's what pissed people off. And of course there were instigators who took advantage of people's anger. It was tactical crowd control and mob mentality directed by actors outside our movement.
But what happened behind the scenes afterwards?
