While i enjoy the sentiment people have to realize on top of tv quality makeup up all of these channels and shows use tv quality filters to smooth out faces as well. It got big when everyone noticed every pit in our faces thanks to HD. Even live news coverage uses them.

One thing i think the middle needs to meet on is food / health. Guzzling down trash fast food and a million pounds of wheat or corn and processed garbage is not good for the "working class".
Healthy food does not have to be expensive and while the organic label can be useless because the FDA is useless... The ideology of eating close to the ground/natural is very important to bring main stream to both parties. Easy topic to meet in the middle one. Grow a garden. Cook at home, eat less meat, not no meat, good meat has qualities to hard to find in plants. Natural occurring creatine in red meat for one for my fellow dude bros out there. But if you are having the cheapest red meat at the store several times a week you are doing more harm than good. They are raised eating corn. The meat is made from corn and cows that never exercise.
Pretentious snobs stop being pretentious and admittedly lazy people getting take out and fast food too often + buying trash at the store to cook at home just funds big pharma and raises the cost of insurance for all. Insurance is already socialized basically.
Restaurants, take out, and fast food... All horse shit luxuries. Which are nice to have! Thank you capitalism!

Breeds laziness and poor health. It's a myth that eating healthy is hard or expensive. Compared to the cheapest trash responsible for killing you and your current or future medical bills? Meat and dairy can be expensive, but you don't need nearly as much as the modern American eats. I'm not saying be a fucking vegan... but easily half the meat and dairy most people eat is far more appropriate. The lack of real veggies and healthier grains/fillers on peoples plates is a tragedy to all humans. And if there is any truth to any facet of that myth it's because it's so niche and no one supports it there is not competition to drive down prices. Just look at all the fucking corn and soy fields.... Where is the fucking food? Priced out all the competition because of our own complacency and laziness.
Never has is been easier in history to have your own garden than it is right now. Irrigation to every home, grow lights, tools mass produced... Save some money and your life by enjoying the experience of cooking dinner with the plants you literally just picked in the yard, deer you shot, and fish you caught. Eat what you need, learn to store the rest. Everyone on all sides has gotten so lazy in these facets of life in a few short decades it's ridiculous.
Sorry for the rant but this is one of my huge complaints about my average conservative ally. Talk shit about how stupid people are for fancy overpriced food and soy indulgence while killing themselves slowly at the same time as they laugh and chortle at skinny soy boys. Too extremes, both are fucked.
