This is not a voter role and no one is changing a vote. It is simply an online ballot for. You would have to print it off and mail it in for it to be counted as a vote. It isn’t like you are changing a vote in a system.
You are not changing their votes. You are filling out the ballot online. You have to mail it in to change the vote.
