I think 2nd degree is fair. In my researching Dolloff over the past week, he seems like someone who grew up in a conservative community, with many conservative values (small business owner, married, family farm), but was drawn to socialism, likely in High School. He was a total gun guy (made much of his income at gun shows), looking at the firearm he used (upgraded Glock 19 with an RMR red dot, suppressor sights, and a weapon's light). It really is a shame that he chose to path he did, because he could have easily been on the winning side.

I think he honestly went to the protest as a security guard, but hadn't trained (or been licensed) as one. Had he been licensed, he would have learned the nuances of when to draw and when to fire. His weapon's manipulation technique was impeccable. He drew, aimed and fired very quickly. His neighbors mentioned that they would often see him shooting at his farm shooting range.

What he was missing in his training was discernment for how to react to less than lethal threats. Surely Keltner posed some sort of a threat, albeit minor, to Dolloff. However, in Dolloff's mind, he likely had only trained for seeing a threat, and reacting using the tool at hand (firearm) to stop the threat. He made a terrible decision that day, and his life is ruined because of it, not to mention Keltner's.

He should be charged for attempted murder for trying to shoot Kyle.

I've been trusting Sessions since the early days. Maybe Session will finally bust out of hiding on a white stallion, along with his 10,000 sealed indigtments and save the day after all!

Why don't you and your wife share the same worldview? I'd work really hard on getting that sorted out before it destroys your marriage.

You should be able to defend and explain your position, so that she comes to understand and eventually accept it. You have all the time in the world.

I would bet $20 that the mask on his face in that image is photoshopped.

If we don't breed to at least our own replacement rate (and likely much higher even), we will be forced to import people in order to keep our economy from collapsing.

Sound immigration policy and stable birth rates, both are necessary. However, I would argue that stable birth rates are more important and harder to achieve. Our society is suicidal, in that that materialism and hedonism is rampant and working hard to destroy in people the desire to start a family, let alone a to have a family with more than 2 children.

Everybody that is complaining about this better hope to have at least 5 children themselves. It's one thing to complain, and another to actually do something to prevent being replaced. Remember, death replaces all of us. We have an obligation to create a new generation to pass this world on to.

Why do people so quickly forget that Joy Villa is only using this movement to make money. Joy Villa was a nobody until she became a Conservative.

Don't worry so much about pagerank, which is suppressed by the ranking algorithms. How many unique visitors per day are we seeing?

And that is supposedly any different than what they've already been doing all year?

Whatever man, you'll live your life as you see fit. Maybe in 10 years, you'll look back on this exchange and see if I was right or not.

But to be completely fair, from a Constitutional perspective, I do not believe that the government has the authority to ban its sale, ownership and use. An amendment was required to ban the sale of alcohol, but now, all of a sudden, we ban things left and right without amendments.

People who are addicted to marijuana have a vested interest in its legalization. It isn't the wonder-drug cure-all that so many make it out to be. In my life experience, the people that I have seen use marijuana have done so to their own detriment.

Widespread use of a substance that gives you pleasure in doing nothing is detrimental society. Same with alcohol and opiate use. However, like I said, alcohol has a deeply ingrained cultural significance, as well as the ability to more easily moderate its consumption. Our body was also made to efficiently process reasonable quantities of ethanol, since it's a nature compound found in food.

It's also totally possible to enjoy a drink with little to no detrimental side-effects if done in moderation, which isn't true with other drugs. It's the high that you're going after, not the flavor of the smoke, taste of the pill or pinch of the needle.

We tried that once before. Alcohol's deeply embedded cultural significance made it far too difficult to ban.

You sure about that? Soros and his goons are largely behind the push for legalization of marijuana. Makes you wonder why.

Same as with all things he promotes, does widespread use of marijuana make a stronger or weaker society?
