This so very much. After President Trump is inaugurated, I hope Don Jr immediately announces the new party. How to screen the scum who want to join.....

Wow is that a brilliant point! Thank you.

Yes, definitely true. I think my calling representatives and other useless politicians will be useless, but give me a feeling of "doing something." My challenge will be a couple of my family members who are still prancing, gloating libtards celebrating Orange Man Loser. I have to be very careful in how I react to them.

I keep hearing - but nothing is going to change. When Americans start to see the tide turning, they might start believing it can change and we'll see an awakening.

I wonder if this is actually a breaking point. I know for certain, after Trump wins re-election, if Don Jr announces the America First Party, I'm signing up and maxing out my donation the first day.

I am not entirely sure about this one. I have hope that he's been busy building the case. If Barr is engaged, it would look just like it looks now - silence. If Barr was really out there kicking ass, it would sound just like it sounds now - President Trump saying that he's doing nothing.

It could be that Barr is busy stopping the black hat FBI from interfering with DOD operations.

Or maybe he's a commie bastard who should be hung.

We won't know until about day 16 of the trials.

No basis for claims of fraud at all. It's all the ravings of a madman. Trump supporters need to just accept defeat before we get our asses completely handed to us!!!!!!!!

Yea, when SP said that Georgia would be easy, I seriously thought that was bravado. Talk about Kraken!

We have a couple more days like this and I'll need to get my cable setup again. I am really interested in how they will spin it!

PilgrimFarAway 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yea, today was my limit. This is so blatant. These arrogant bastards didn't even hide the crime! They knew America was a big, fat, lazy, scared target. I bet they knew wrong! They are about to get an ass kicking like they never saw before.

Let them try to unleash their hordes of antifags! It's one thing when they are burning down Portland and other commie hells. That city should be burnt to the ground anyway. Let them come to a Patriot neighborhood at this point and mommy won't be making warm milk and tucking them in that night.

I am deriving a new wave of optimism as I watch the comedy of errors in Georgia today. Too bad I canceled cable, I would love to see how CNN and FoxNews are spinning the Judge ordering the computers to be retained. Then, they rescinded and I'm sure it was a grotesque orgy of Orange Man Bad. Then he writes a pissed off order and reinstates the injunction!

I love your response and I absolutely agree that SCOTUS is critical to the road out of this mess.

I think you might be underestimating the difficulty of overcoming the psychologic barriers preventing the comfortable citizen from waking from their stupor. It reminds me of the Revolutionary War, where most Americans sided with the Brits. None of the rape, quartering, plundering, forced impression was enough to wake them up. Once the war was won, and comfort dictated acceptance that the Brits are bad and Yankees are good, then they made the switch. If the Brits had prevailed in 1812, most Americans would have switched and said - Yankees bad, Brits good.

I think they are going to find out what happens when you lie to a judge and cause them to have to rescind an order twice. I seriously doubt that this judge is pleased with the state right now.

It is seriously a big deal that the judge issued the order to begin with. It's a huge deal, that he admitted error by rescinding that order. It is one big ass deal that he rescinded that order to went back to his original order.

Things are about to get very real.

Truth is that it is impossible to read those tea leaves. Consider President Trump's position. If he is holding all the cards, would he show his hand? If he has the server, would he announce that on FoxNews?

There are two possibilities from President Trump's interview - information or disinformation. I do not know that anyone on this board has the knowledge to determine which it is.

Personally, I am more positive than ever for one reason - the examples of overt, inarguable, in-your-face, statistically absurd fraud are coming to light. If it's that blatant on the surface, what evidence must the DOD and DNI possess!

So, hang tough - it's going to be a slog, but there is a very good chance that truth will win.

Ummm....this means that SP has survived motions. I believe it is likely that there will at least by some discovery granted and a hearing on the merits. This is a good thing.

I also reject the idea that Dec 14 is the drop dead date. If massive fraud is unearthed on Dec 21, then the nation loses. That's silliness. The EC doesn't even certify their vote until Jan 6. Check 1960 election, where the EV from Hawaii was changed by a recount on Dec 28. I would be amazed if anyone in Trumpland is focused on Dec 14.

For me, that would be switching from I-Despise-Repugs-Independent Party to America First Party. I'm in!

Hmmmmmm.....This is a challenge for me, because I have been cursing all things Fox since they called Arizona and Virginia prematurely and left Florida uncalled.

i will have to watch the rerun on Youtube.

I am pretty sure, that our problem is that the social contract is not yet sufficiently shattered. The American population can take an awful lot before they wake up from their stupor. I think it's likely that President Trump has a few shock and awe cards up his sleeve that will do the trick.

Think about it - America found out that the ruling elite actually have an island dedicated to the place you go to rape kids. Then, they have an airplane that you ride on to get to the island and rape kids while on the flight. America looked at this, thought it was a bit icky, but ok. Then, they moved on.

Then the owner of the island and chief kid-raper died while in federal custody. Just a comedy of errors, with all the cameras failing, etc. Nothing to see here, just a tragic suicide. America laughed, made memes and moved on with their lives.

So, a society that is pretty much ok with that really requires a mega-dose of public evidence of treason before they stop to notice. We're just very, very comfortable.

There seems to be enough substantiation to believe that this really did happen. When I first heard about it from Rep Gohmert, I thought it was all just based on some random German-language Tweet. Since that time, we have seen it confirmed by an awful lot of people.

The timing of this also aligns really well with recent events - New SecDef, realignment of Special Forces, EO on executions, I'm try to stay even keeled, but this looks legit.

The implications seem profound. If the data on the servers is intact and accessible, then it should be the motherload. Then there is the whole question of how the good guys tracked down the servers and how they pulled off the surprise operation.

3
PilgrimFarAway 3 points ago +3 / -0

Well, that was a long-shot, but it was a happy thought. No bother, the real evidence is on the seized servers and the suspect interviews on rendition flights.

2
PilgrimFarAway 2 points ago +2 / -0

This is a very reasonable question. I'm relieved to see the level of interest and engagement the conservative side of SCOTUS has demonstrated in election-related matters. It seems that we will get 4 justices to say yes to the most important cases.

3
PilgrimFarAway 3 points ago +3 / -0

Thank you. This makes sense.

Two interesting points here. First, the legislature actually initiated the process to amend their constitution to make room for the law, and then terminated that process and just went ahead with the legislation.

Second, the PA Constitution has a clearly defined amendment process. It's extremely strenuous, involving the proposed amendment passing in two sequential legislative sessions and publication in every county for 3 months.

So, where are we now? Clearly SCOTUS will not want to weigh in specifically as to the constitutionality of this law, but PASC chose to dodge it. Strange.

I seriously do not think Kavanaugh votes with the conservatives on this one. If you read his concurrence in ROMAN CATHOLIC DIOCESE OF BROOKLYN, NEW YORK v. ANDREW M. CUOMO, he sure did spend a lot of ink sucking up to Justice Roberts (For those reasons, I agree with THE CHIEF JUSTICE that New York’s “[n]umerical capacity limits of 10 and 25 people . . . seem unduly restrictive” and that “it may well be that such restrictions violate the Free Exercise Clause.” ). The rest of the conservatives on this ruling basically ripped Roberts to shreds. Kavanaugh has been iffy and his opinions have been very deferent to Roberts.
