If ANY conservative company/CEO was blacklisted from trending, wouldn't this be a form of market manipulation?

Twitter is a massive data source for a lot of Algorithmic Traders. Whether via custom web crawlers, via a paid data provider such as GNIP, or simply a Twitter feed embedded into a trader's dashboard(such as Grafana).

Wouldn't this imply that by blacklisting CEOs or conservatives, Twitter is essentially guilty of Market Manipulation?
