After hours and hours of testimony brought before Georgia legislators, there appears to be incontrovertible evidence of multi-vector fraud, fraud sufficient to alter the outcome of the Presidential election, and possibly even state office elections as well. Based on testimony, there is clearly enough evidence that the Dominion machines were tampered with via frequent use of flash drives and accessing of the internet to the use of outside unauthorized applications as well as manipulation by election officials (Coffee County demonstration).
Today, Arizona State Senate Chairman Eddie Farnsworth issued subpoenas in Maricopa County to seize Dominion equipment in order to conduct an expeditious full forensic audit. The elections officials of Maricopa were given advance notice and will comply with the subpoena. I am urging you to do the same and issue subpoenas in order to seize Dominion BDM machines and conduct the same forensic audit that was done in Antrim County, Michigan. The Antrim County forensic analysis showed massive manipulation of votes. Allied Security Operations and its co-founder Russell Ramsland, a former NASA official and official in the Reagan administration, said his team found that Antrim County’s machines rejected a considerable number of ballots for adjudication, a manual process that allows election workers to cure ballots before they are re-submitted. Those machines, he said, had an error rate of 68.05 percent. The Federal Election Commission allows for an error rate of 0.0008 percent. The report also stipulated that Dominion’s machines were “intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors” to produce “systemic fraud” during the election. In CIVIL ACTION NO. 1:17-cv-2989-AT Curling v Raffensperger, that was adjudicated in October of 2020, United States District Judge Amy Totenberg wrote “the vital issues identified in this case will not disappear or be appropriately addressed without focused State attention, resources, ongoing serious evaluation by independent cybersecurity experts, and open-mindedness. The Secretary of State and Dominion are obviously not without resources to tackle these issues. And at very least, the Court cannot fathom why, post-election, the State and Dominion would not at least be moving toward consideration of the software upgrade option Dominion Case 1:17-cv-02989-AT Document 964 Filed 10/11/20 Page 146 of 147 147 originally promised, allowing voters to cast ballots that are solely counted based on their voting designations and not on an unencrypted, humanly unverifiable QR code that can be subject to external manipulation and does not allow proper voter verification and ballot vote auditing.” It was reported today that Brad Raffensperger will be receiving an award from a Democrat group for ‘Courage’ in his efforts to stop any attempts to secure legal votes. He will also reportedly be leaving the Republican Party effective January 5th. This is an absolute disgrace. I strongly urge you to consider this request on behalf of myself, and countless others in Georgia who are determined to see the facts of this election fraud presented and properly adjudicated.
