It will suck at first and you will believe it was just a way to relax, socialize, or whatever as your crutch. But once you get past that first month or so, you will def see the results in your life. Shit, I lost like 30lbs and stopped looking like death when I stopped! Not to mention, it's nice to actually fall asleep and wake feeling fresh!
