No idea what you guys are doing but please cross reference/deduct from the voter registration to prove ( if it is the case ) that there were more votes counted than people that were registered to vote.
My understanding is that over voting can be a ground to remove those votes from the total count.
If these figures are correct, you may be onto something.
Look at Georgia, population in 2019 was 10,617 000 people Percentage over the age of 18 in 2019 76.4% = 8,111,388 https://www.census.gov/quickfacts/GA
HOWEVER Convicted felons still on probation or outstanding fines can not vote, best estimate I can find is approx 250,000 people can not vote due to felonies. This could easily be higher as 15% of the adult Georgia population has a felony.
I can not find data on Green card holders in Georgia, but I would have to guess it would be at least 200k,
This brings eligible voters to 7,660,000 people so 7 233 584 registered voters is equal to 94.5% population registered. Is this high for an elligible population?
Thanks for responses.
Just spitballing
Could the program simply be written to push all unclear ballots to Biden?
