They should but won't if their hearts melt in fear.
It is not always about the Constitution of the country. It's also about the constitution of her leaders.
After the Election, Republicans were asking, "Do I have to lead? Can't I just follow?"
"Can I have permission to exert my authority? I'm nervous on a good day. Scared on a bad day."
The two great forces of change are aggression and wisdom. Powell has limited aggression and does not have enough wisdom. 3/5 for aggression; 3/5 for wisdom.
I'm getting tired of "leaders" who didn't get the job done asking for more money. She started a PAC to fund her last election fraud busting machine. Didn't work. No Kraken. Now she's starting a new one and asking for money again! And she doesn't even have a winning idea to get the job done except her jar of hope and another promise.
Save your money for a 5/5 attorney (5/5 aggression, 5/5 wisdom).
"[Democrats say], 'This is voter suppression,' what we're trying to do, which is ridiculous. And then they throw the race card out and all kinds of other crazy stuff. It's just amazing because there's a lot of special interest groups on the extreme left that are fighting us and calling us bad names, and that kind of thing.
"I was in the Marines for 20 years so I'm used to it, being called bad names.... My skin's a little bit thicker than that."
Name the bank.
Fake experts telling you who are experts.
"Have had a chance to think it through," he said.
Duck
Somebody on the right should have been monitoring the results coming in and spam-hacked the system in an aggressive meme play to force expose the b.s. in real-time. And force forensic audit.
Sarcastic hacking is underrated.
e.g.,
1,000,000 new votes for Biden in one dump. 40,000,000 the next. -10,000,000 Switching -500,000,+500,000
LoL!
He looks more like a wimp than Jeff Sessions.
Tucker Carlson was going to interview her. Then he thought, "What would Amy Coney Barrett do?"
"No, right? Can't do it. Neither can I."
And with that answer he was deported.
:-)
Fed Soc may be fine when there isn't a civil war. We are in a cultural civil war. War exposes patriots and cowards.
What's a nastier word than Globalist that does them justice?
I can't wait for the Karma to land on Democrats.
Why should Democrats being torn down for the crimes of Mass Manslaughter Cuomo?
- And, from the “due diligence” he admits he performed, Lindell also knew that on December 1, 2020, after Powell and Wood had posted their “evidence” to their fundraising website, Trump appointee and then-U.S. Attorney General William Barr rebutted their false claims against Dominion, stating, “There’s been one assertion that would be systemic fraud and that would be the claim that machines were programmed essentially to skew the election results. And the DHS and DOJ have looked into that, and so far, we haven’t seen anything to substantiate that.”
Fail. The DHS and DOJ said without evidence they investigated. There are people who can state under oath when they approached the DHS before the Election to warn them about vulnerabilities, and the meeting was arranged, the DHS did not show up at the meeting.
The DHS has provided no evidence it investigated the vulnerabilities before the Election or after the Election. Given the fact they didn't investigate vulnerabilities before the Election, why would anyone believe they investigated after the Election?
Dominion has failed to provide evidence the DHS and DOJ looked into systemic fraud. But Mike Lindell can always depose Bill Barr and Chris Krebs and ask them under oath why they didn't show up at the meeting and what if anything they did to investigate system voting machine fraud allegations.
Lindell will also depose the CEO and demand to know why he did not fix security flaws if the reports of their existence are true prior to the election. Lindell will depose all the software programmers and ask them what security flaw testing they did and why they didn't fix the flaws if they were found.
Eric Coomer will be deposed and during the interrogation Lindell will ask why there is a "feature" to allow signature verification with only one point of similarity if this claim is true.
Coomer will also be under extreme pressure to prove with evidence no Dominion voting machine has ever been connected to the internet and could never be connected to the internet.
Coomer will be harassed continuously and relentlessly to explain why the security system he designed, if he designed it, does not have a secure audit log.
Every leader and programmer at Dominion responsible for the software coding which the Dominion user manual or some reader's interpretation of it says some voters are counted as fractions will have to say who was responsible for this, and they will find out who approved it.
What people forget is that in politics it's not just what you think or what's in your mind but also what's in your heart (spine).
America is full of politicians who were elected because of their political thinking, not their spines. That's why Trump won. He was elected not only for his ideas but also his mental toughness.
Justices are the same as politicians. They are chosen based on their thoughts and nobody bothered to find out if Barrett had a spine.
America was built by men with courage. Now it's being destroyed by men and women who are spineless cowards.
This is why you need to start electing veterans who are going to run to the battle instead of running from it.
Amy Coney Barrett
Trump got tricked by another lawyer.
The Antrim Court ruled in favor of the plaintiff. There was a forensic audit. The results were published.
The question is whether Mr. Lindell spoke beyond the results of the audit.
You can't group Dominion with Smartmatic and anything else just because you see similarities. The cornerstone of Sidney Powell case, which gets repeated by many people, was some guy's testimony in Venezuela.
First, this guy's theory and speculation, framed as an "affidavit," is not evidence. He was not manning Dominion machines in America in 2020. He was not a Dominion employee. He was not a Dominion leader. He has nothing material to the case.
Second, Dominion leaders and employees were not running the election or the machines on Election night. They are not directly responsible for how their machines were used or abused.
Blaming Dominion is like blaming gun manufacturers for civilian deaths. The voting machines are like guns. The users are responsible for deaths, not the manufacturer.
The people who bought and/or exploited Dominion machines are responsible.
Should the machines have features that keep them from being exploited? Of course. Should it not be possible for the machines to be connected to the internet? Absolutely. Should there be an audit log on the machines which can't be edited? Definitely. Should it be impossible to change the machine settings to allow only one point of similarity in signature verification? Yes. Should bulk adjudication by Democrats without a Republican observer at the machines be impossible? No doubt. Should the machines allow fractional voting where some people count as less than one complete person? Yes.
The real issue is the state governors and secretaries of state who signed contracts to use with machines without doing due diligence. They knew or should have known the machines could be exploited. They should be censured or recalled. The Democrats (and any Republicans) who exploited the machines should be indicted.
The reason why it's so confusing to Democrats is because if they were going to start an insurrection they wouldn't use guns.
lol!
The governor’s office released the full transcript of DeRosa’s Zoom meeting, as well. But then other lawmakers began to come forward with their own stories of being bullied by Cuomo. Three legislators told CNN that the governor and his staff had been threatening those who were considering voting in favor of stripping Cuomo of his emergency powers.
On Twitter, former office-holders, consultants, and others involved in New York politics began describing run-ins with Cuomo or his staff as a common experience. “Every single person in NY politics knows someone who has gotten the same kind of call from @NYGovCuomo,” Monica Klein, the co-founder of the political consulting firm Seneca Strategies, said.
Yuh-Line Niou, an Assembly member from lower Manhattan, tweeted, “My text messages, my DMs, and my inbox are flooded with Cuomo stories. So many people have been bullied, mistreated, or intimidated by him.”

He sounds like the kind of sociopath who couldn't care less if thousands died by the stupid decisions he made.
She should have said, "I'll circle back to you..."
I wish there were investigative reporters in Arizona.
How about a forensic audit of CTCL?
Good idea and good work.
I see meme potential.
How do we image fake election results next to true video dislikes?
