In recent years I've realosed the idea of Jewish people is an illusion. Bagels and latkes are Germanic as are many Jewish descendants of immigrants. They are much closer to Germanic moral roots than you might realize. They practice totalitarian norms with little to no basis in religious morality. Jews I have met from Iraq or the Levant carry a very different sense of morality and cultural fabric.
All this to say I will criticize culture over religion. Similarly Baptists, Protestants and Catholics are often moreso tied to cultural norms from their respective nation. A Canadian Catholic is more like a Scotsman than an Italian Catholic
Sorry you had to go through this. But it's the new normal. Been called a nazi by almost every childhood friend from different ethnic backgrounds: mainland Chinese; Indian; British; French. Now I'm like the nicest guy ever and have been there for them their whole lives.
They just didn't listen to history class as well as me.
The big difference I've noticed is that other friends who are in my camp are usually first generation, Italian, Korean, Philippino.
But most importantly the 'sane' ones who are being literally called Nazis came from working class background or first generation parents. We didn't have cottages, ski trips, cable TV and the internet at home. Instead we read books, waited with our parents while on the job, had real chores to do like cutting shrubs.
This is a class of people who sadly were coddled, had no friction to growing up, watched TV and movies.
So sad to hear, but obviously education didn't teach them the generational knowledge the rest of us experienced through osmosis
Most developers rely on JS and CSS libraries from Google, Twitter and Facebook. Lots of those like and follow buttons also contain tracking code. Finally, any embedded tweets will of course be loaded from the servers too.
