Both. My city isnt even 100k and it acts as a propoganda welfare trough. I did some fundraiser work for the city, and the grift is amazing. The worst part is the people doing it werent evil. They were joyfully bad at math. They genuinly thought they were making the city better with their wasteful spending.

Can you not read? I dont wear one. This isnt for me. We are the minority right now. The majority of people who hate masks are still wearing them for social and legal reasons. We need a CONSTRUCTIVE way to get them to see eachother. Right now, two people with masks who hate masks can stand next to eachother and think the other will rat them out if they take it off. Coordinating masks will reduce social pressure friendly fire.
